Eat Often., a grass roots initiative that encourages patrons to support local businesses and cuisine to help bolster regional economic impact. The initiative, which emerged during the pandemic, urged communities to support local restaurants and help them keep their doors open for business.  It has since evolved to become a rallying cry for the restaurant and foodservice industry, driving advocacy of local businesses and local cuisine.
