Eat Often., a grass roots initiative that encourages patrons to support local businesses and cuisine to help bolster regional economic impact. The initiative, which emerged during the pandemic, urged communities to support local restaurants and help them keep their doors open for business. It has since evolved to become a rallying cry for the restaurant and foodservice industry, driving advocacy of local businesses and local cuisine.

This year's show will kick-off on Saturday, July 13th with a pre-conference bootcamp presented by Morgan Stanley with the tradeshow marketplace and educational sessions on Sunday, July 14 and Monday, July 15 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX. The popular Texas Restaurant Awards & Lone Star Bash will be at the Boeing Center on Sunday, July 14 - you won't want to miss the celebration with more than 20 restaurants, a mixology competition and the Texas Mutual After-Party With a Purpose.
