Kyle Citrano

Waco Chapter Chair

Born and raised in the restaurant business, Kyle has been part of restaurants his whole life. His father, Sammy Citrano, taught him the business starting at Sammy's original restaurant, The Elite Cafe, and for the last 28 years at George’s Restaurant, Bar & Catering in Waco, TX. Eleven years later, they are moving into the next phase of growth for their businesses as they look to new locations to spread the George’s brand.
