Rio Grande Valley Chapter Chair

Jerry Maddox started his career in the restaurant industry in 1995 while waiting tables in high school. He worked every position from busser to cook, from trainer to managing partner. He opened his first Fazoli's in 2017 and is changing lives one breadstick a time.
