James Clark is the Director of Operations for Mosquito Cafe and PattyCakes in Galveston, Texas. James and his wife, Sasha, are the proud owners of this family business that believes in giving back to the community where they live and work. Mosquito Cafe and PattyCakes Bakery have been major supporters for many years of various nonprofit groups in Galveston and nationally. James believes if you have a good location, a good product that you wholeheartedly believe in, and a passion to connect and take care of your guests then you can be successful.
